• Monitors vital signs blood pressure oxygen levels as indicated in the care plan and MD orders
• Reports any variation from normal to abnormal readings to a designee or Nurse in a timely manner for rapid response and critical care
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients on units or as needed for admissions
• Observes and reports any minor changes in patient’s conditions with close observation of heart monitoring or administered medication
• Completes required data entry documentation acquisition and or orders in a timely manner for charting and tracking and cardiac monitoring
• Retrieves patient medical records for physicians upon request in Telemetry Monitoring or other medical personnel as needed for review of heart activity
• Interacts effectively with patients, families, and team members with internal customer service
• Promotes patient’s wellness and well being
• Assists in routine maintenance of equipment and troubleshooting
• Assist Nursing staff with lead placement 3 lead 5 lead and 10 leads
• Participates in continuous quality improvement for team offices and nursing support activities.
• Participates in supporting the organization’s vision, mission and values.
