• Staff ER RN, patient assessment, triage, treatment, stabilization, communication with patients, families, ancillary staff, administration, and providers to ensure proper care and good patient outcomes
• Ensure unit is stocked, ready, machinery is in good working order
• Charting of care, treatments, responses, and outcomes
• Communication with Lab, IR, Radiology, OR, dietary and pharmacy to ensure that treatments, lab tests, medications are carried out/ delivered in a timely fashion
• Many duties to ensure optimum patient care, outcomes, and satisfaction.

• Triage, first aid, medication administration, parents and provider collaboration to address health and emotional issues, student, staff, parent, and provider teaching, health office administration and organization, suspected child abuse assessment and reporting, immunization tracking and compliance, flu clinics, collaboration with principal, vice principal, social worker, teachers, educational assistants, and counselors to address health and psychological issues affecting student learning
• Vision, hearing, dental, height, and weight screenings with indicated referrals, and follow-up, and much more.

• Supplemental staffing for Albuquerque and Santa Fe hospitals
• RN care of PACU/ER/ICU/Telemetry/Medical-Surgical patients
• Set up and running of Flu clinics for Albuquerque employers.

• RN care of emergency room patients.

• RN care of critically ill MICU patients.

• RN care of critically ill cardiovascular, cardiothoracic, and electrophysiology patients in ICU, Recovery Room/PACU, and Emergency Department.

• RN care of wide variety of critically ill, acute care patients in Phoenix area ICUs and Emergency Departments.

• RN Agency- RN care of wide variety of critically ill patients in Banner Hospitals ICUs and Emergency Departments.

• RN care of wide variety of Emergency Department patients
• All ages, and acuity levels
