  • Support the COPA leads by providing feedback on issues related to daily activities that may need input and feedback from internal teams, such as National Accounts, Reauthorization/Reorder, and Reimbursement.
  • Verification and submission of JIRA escalation for the district.
  • Organizing and sending notifications to the district for projects and procedures that will help to reduce zero revenue claims for the organization.
  • Develop and master a full working knowledge of all 3rd party payor requirements
  • Achieve and maintain acceptable performance metrics
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures, particularly HIPAA
  • Collaborate with Manager of Patient Administration to identify and coach to areas of opportunity for COPA and Sr. COPA
