-Care of Laboring women both low and high risk during labor, delivery and recovery.

-Operating Circulator Nurse for Cesarean Section Deliveries and other surgical procedures (cervical cerclage placement and D&C, including PACU recovery)

-Care of preterm labor patients

-Working in a 5 bed Obstetrical Emergency Room

Including admissions, IV infusions, fetal monitoring and discharges

-Certified in External Fetal Monitoring

-Neonatal Resuscitation

-Unit nurse scheduler

• Immediate care of patients post surgical from PACU and direct admit from OR
• Post surgical admission and assessment of patients.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance service delivery ( Including PT/OT and Home care)
• Educated patients and families on pain management post surgical, drain teaching, dressing changes, and follow up care post surgical
• Administered patient care plans, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards of practice.
• Patient discharge post surgical ( some same day or overnight stay)
