  • Developed signature activations for each of the 5 outlets featuring Summer Days featuring a, rooftop pool entertainment venue, securing and implementing a Resort Fee, advocating with the city and received approval to provide Beach Services, curated 801 Blend & Brew concepts with alcohol and coffee infused delicacies and drove signature social media engagement through extensive visibility.
  • Participated and drove strong community, ownership, team engagement and brand relationships through successful financial performance.
  • Successfully completed a 7-million-dollar renovation and the repositioning the hotel as an iconic meeting and wedding venue producing Improved Food & Beverage revenues from 500K to 7 million by 2025.
  • Coordinated the consolidation and deployment of the sales teams for 11 area hotels into one Metro Market sales team and leadership recognized for numerous performance-based awards.
