· Develop and execute comprehensive education programs for salon professionals, covering product knowledge, technical skills, and customer service
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align education initiatives with go-to-market strategies, business objectives, and deliverables
· Implement and oversee on-site and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars; assessment tools to identify and measure skill gaps in training programs and customize training content accordingly
· Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and educators to understand their specific needs and challenges
· Develop territory education plans and work with DSCs to achieve their sales goals; support the sales team, including participation in cold calls to generate new business
· Manage assigned budgets, approve, and deploy class requests received by sales consultants
· Conduct training sessions at regional and national events, trade shows, and forums to promote brand alignment
· Provide in-field coaching and leadership to Goldwell, KMS, and Kerasilk artists in the territory; following a cohesive development plan with key salons to help them achieve their sales goals
