Worked in conjunction with the Newport Housing Authority with a $94,000,000 dollar HOPE VI grand. Involved from demolition to the full responsibility of overseeing mapping and leading a leasing team to meet LIHTC deadlines, layer by multiple additional restricted programs for multiphase community historical, Newport, RI. Most recently, discovered, and executed the gain of $75,000 in overlooked Federal subsidy funds.
