Provides administrative support to Wastewater Administrators and department Supervisors creating weekly employee labor reports to verify combined overtime reports with ELM labor to verify costs in Cityworks on work orders. Creates work order issue reports to correct any data on work orders missing, needed or incomplete information.
Watches and acknowledges alarms for Pump Station Scada system and maintains daily log for Pump Station alarms. Dispatches necessary alarms to routes by radio or phone daily. Updates route contacts and alternate log for Pump Stations.
Maintains daily log for all Service Requests that come in from 311. Dispatches with Aims, Stoppages and Construction for necessary information at each address to input in City Works. Inquires about all Service Request that are not complete, to make sure all are dispatched and information is logged into Cityworks. Make sure all work orders are attached to correct Service Requests for repairs.
Oversees Purchase orders that are assigned to me for payment, verify and receipt invoices into Munis, put necessary costs from Pembroke, Lady Lockley, Lawn Ventures on works orders, create and maintain their blanket purchase order spreadsheet. Close and create purchase orders for new fiscal year and one time purchase orders that are needed.
Verifies completed and JCPI work orders have correct information, cost, and custom fields to close. Develops a log for any work order issue and reaches out to employees to correct.
Maintains Wastewater training and information boards. Updates all employee logs for assigned radio numbers, fire emergency logs, and routes.
For Wastewater storeroom issues soil, stone to work orders. Created a system for crews to turn in amounts they haul out of enterprise to enter on worker orders to add all additional costs.
Coordinates interviews with applicants for Wastewater after supervisors screen applications, completes reference checks from previous employee's and makes sure necessary paperwork is signed and received.
