.Coordinate with all members of the JTASC team to ensure they maintain focus on the identified goals and desire outcomes as written in the SCAO grant.
· Ensure project-wide coordination and the completion of the commitments in the SCAO grant.
· With the team, ensure the full development and implementation of the seven key components of a Juvenile Treatment Court.
· Update and maintain the Policy and Procedure Manual and a Participant Handbook as reference guides to all program elements and requirements.
· Update and maintain the Behavior Response Matrix and manage the distribution of responses on behalf of the JTASC team. Including the purchase of materials and gift cards for incentives.
· Manage the JTASC budget and document expenses accordingly as directed by 17th Circuit Court.
· Facilitate partner (judicial, case management, probation, legal, and treatment providers) collaboration toward successful ongoing development and implementation of the JTASC.
· Identify barriers and obstacles to the JTASC implementation efforts and coordinate training among community partners and the CORE team as needed.
· Manage youth referrals and transfers into JTASC.
· Works on the JTASC team communicating clinical updates on the youth’s mental status, making clinical recommendations based on program and service eligibility, and working intimately with youth treatment providers to support youth progress on their identified treatment goals and objectives.
· Provides initial screening to determine if potential consumers are eligible for the JTASC.
· Refer participants for various assessments which include, but are not limited to, diagnostic interviewing, assignment of DSM diagnosis, substance abuse assessments.
· Facilitates youth and family identification of specific and incremental behavior objectives toward goal attainment. Documents consumer's evaluation of progress on goals and objectives, making revisions as determined by youth, parent and the JTASC team. Directly assist youth and families in obtaining a wide variety of information and resources and making referrals for a wide variety of community services.
· Coordinate with the multidisciplinary JTASC team to access services and support available to the youth and family and
· Participate in interdisciplinary diagnostic/staffing and case review sessions to exchange information and identify appropriate level of care (intensity of services) and interventions.
· Provide testimony when subpoenaed
· Update and maintain the DCCMIS database as determined.
· Compliance with organizational policies and procedures and policies resulting from the HIPAA privacy rules regarding individually identifiable health information concerning individuals served by 17th Circuit Court.
