Personal reflections

  • As a three year nutrition and fitness client of coach Braden, I am a big cheerleader for Macros Inc. which has contributed to my motivation and commitment to my health and fitness and was instrumental in preparing me for my first body building competition in 2024.
  • Macros Inc. and coaching has helped me to push myself farther than I could have on my own, both physically and mentally. I want everyone to experience coaching so that they can realize the same success that I have.
