Work History

Section Leader

Ironwood Plastics

As a Section Leader I am the go to for any issues that production has before going to the Team Leader. I also provided guidance and instruction to employees regarding their duties and responsibilities and when the Team Leader is not present, I schedule employees based on production requirements. Along with that, I do hourly checks on the production that we are running and verify accuracy of finished products before shipment according to customer specifications through final inspection and SPC. Additionally, I am the training mentor doing day one safety training with new employees and PI and PI-1 classes. As well as being a production auditor preforming monthly audits.

Below is a list of continuous improvement projects that I have been a part of:

  • PIG book
  • Weekend improvement group (WIG)
  • Scheduling board project
  • Support with all theories improvement committee (SWAT)
  • Make over production station committee (MOPS)
  • Skid location committee
