Diagnose, treatment plan and use multiple orthodontic treatment modalities for patients of all ages in a busy Medicaid office. Work with a team of orthodontic assistants, treatment coordinators and support staff to provide efficient treatment in a fun and congenial environment. Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to coordinate patient treatment for optimal dental health.

Diagnosed, treatment planned and provided orthodontic treatment for patients of all ages in multiple locations throughout the state of Kentucky. Worked directly with clinical assistants, treatment coordinators, support staff and a team of orthodontists to provide a full range of orthodontic treatment in large offices treating between 75-110 patients per day.

Owned and operated my own private practice for 23 years. Sole proprietor involved in all aspects of patient care, employee management and business operations. Sold the practice in 2014 to WGM Orthodontics, long-term mentors and friends, and helped launch their Louisville locations to join a growing network offices in Kentucky.

Full-time faculty member in Department of Orthodontics. Provided clinical and didactic instruction for orthodontic residents and general dental students. Supervised patient care for residents and dental students. Taught courses in orthodontic history, theory, biomechanics and cephalometric analysis. Performed independent research and supervised orthodontic resident's thesis research. Provided orthodontic treatment for patients in private faculty clinic.
