Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of various employee programs, such as internal events, volunteer opportunities and recognition programs. Job responsibilities include:
* Customize and facilitate programs that address organizational/departmental needs and objectives
* Evaluate and continually develop the internal staff recognition programs
* Coordinate volunteer programs that align with the mission of the organization
* Partner with department leaders to design and implement opportunities to enhance employee experiences
* Drive engagement through all levels of the organization by fostering a deep understanding of business goals and opportunities
* Lead planning for multiple events throughout the year
* Manage engagement budget
* Maintain annual calendar of events
* Manage responses to all Customer Care inquiries and provide monthly reporting
Assisted in logistics and execution of demos for community events, Costco and trade shows such as Natural Products Expo West and Fancy Food Show from 2013 through 2019

Assisted in recruiting and orientation of volunteers and co-led mission trips for 5-8 overseas church planting trips per year. Managed trip details including air and ground arrangements and coordinating all details with national partners who would receive the teams.
