Growing up as the oldest of three siblings, with two mischievous little sisters, I was naturally thrust into a caretaking role from an early age. I helped my parents with everything from diaper changes and bath time to bedtime stories and tea parties. While I didn’t always embrace those responsibilities at first—I was just a kid myself—I gradually came to love being their big sister and role model. Fetching bottles, reading stories, and playing dress-up became not just chores, but cherished moments that instilled in me a deep love for working with children. That early experience laid the foundation for my continued passion for childcare. As a teenager, I began babysitting for family friends, church members, and neighbors, turning my natural caregiving instincts into a trusted skill. Over the years, I’ve grown into a dynamic and dedicated volunteer with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal communication skills, honed through service at The Church of Pentecost USA Inc. My ability to foster teamwork, mentor peers, and plan engaging events has deepened my commitment to creating supportive, nurturing environments for youth. Caring for my sisters may have started out of necessity, but it grew into a lifelong passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive.
