  • Developed and implemented Regional Group Training program for new hires. Program included Day 1 orientation to DaVita and multiple days of On Hand skills training. With this program I enlisted my fellow FA’s to support the program and take leads in specific areas of expertise.
  • Created a Preceptor Binder for a more streamlined training. Included all tools that the preceptor and FA needed to keep new learners on track and accountable for their time. This Binder has been shared with other regions within the village.
