Increased experience in various set up jobs including Nimco 1, Nimco 2, and VP Superior. Guided new employees through Orientation and training on various GBH & Set Up jobs. Participated in Center line training for Nimco 2 operators. Consistently completes center lining data & weekly ODR checklists for Nimco 2. Shows improved aptitude and production attainment goals on Nimco 1, Nimco 2, and VP Superior. Assisted supervisor with LOTO audits and some safety improvements.

Increased experience in MATS operation and Nimco. Guided and trained new temp & hourly employees on various GBH jobs. Participated in oven school and minimal training on ovens. Trained and performed as back up leader and for nearly a year. Assisted supervisor in LOTO audits and other duties delegated by supervisor and leader.

Experience learning various duties in cookie department including assisting Line Leaders and Supervisor in delegated responsibilities. Learned hand packing and palletizing. Learned and performed aspects of processing dept including cookie depositors on all 6 lines and oven experience. Acquired fork lift license and training in utility. Acquired experience in C relief and Service positions on all 6 cookie lines including EOP procedures for each line.

Hired through temp agency to NO Cracker packaging team. Learned palletizing for 10 oz. Nimco. Pallet World, and other packaging lines. Became skilled in all aspects of running packaging equipment, case packers and Flavor Blast. Even as a temp, was called upton to train new temps as well as incoming hired GBH employees as I became known as a good communicator with an ability to teach others the skills I has acquired while adhering to all safety regulations and GMPs.
