  • University System of Georgia eCore Learning Program: Created iterations of modules in eCore online courses based on adult learning theory to increase student learning and engagement. Produced content in a variety of modalities (video, Storyline courses, slides).
  • Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate: Conducted comprehensive needs analysis to identify performance gaps and training requirements. Designed and developed a four-module course on leveraging Generative AI for real estate productivity. Designed and developed a one-module course on identifying scams in real estate communications.
  • McGraw Hill Education: Created numerous courses for McGraw Hill clients (universities and colleges) for a variety of digital projects. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to strategize and define the roadmap for new McGraw Hill products, including Connect Composition, Connect Writing, Power of Process, and Writing Assignment (AI). Collaborated on projects involving prototype creation, AI prompt writing, product development, usability testing, and iterative revisions of existing content. Created new learning content for Connect Composition e-learning modules.
  • Northeastern University: Developed a comprehensive training plan to launch the university's Global Learning Spaces (GLS) technology. Created a training communications plan for yearly GLS training launches. Created a variety of content, including blog postings, animated videos, quick-reference instructional classroom cards, and a series of email communications for yearly GLS training launches.
  • McLennan Community College: Created a UDL training module for faculty. Created a wide variety of course content, including quizzes, interactive activities, discussion boards, and notes. Provided individual mentoring for faculty learning to teach online and use Blackboard, D2L, and third-party LMS materials.
