Making sure both sides of our sites are ran correctly also inputting the patients results in a timely manner.

• Coordinate and administer full-cycle COVID-related testing needs at client’s site location. Administer required tests for COVID-19 Staff medical checkpoints as assigned. Collect lab results and ensure safe delivery of lab samples. Liaison with Health Safety Supervisor regarding additional needs to comply with safety protocols.

• Assisted staff and facility and provided support for both front and back offices. Set up and sterilized surgical instruments for minor procedures. Took patient vitals, chief complaints, and provided clerical support such as payment collection, insurance verification, appointments, check-in, medical record reviews, prior authorizations, and calling in medications. Checked-out patients, assist with referral processing, and arrange laboratory services.

• Vital signs & intake: Recording vitals, patient history, chief complaints, medication reconciliations, and pain assessments. Prepping and assisting with injections (e.g. sterile dressing, assist minor procedures, wound care, specimen collection and EKGs.

Coordinating appointments, procedures, follow-ups, and referrals; managing phone calls, messages, and patient outreach.
