I love engaging and interacting with other using art.  I participate in three Fine Arts /Craft Shows three times per year.  I was accepted three times in the Stifle Fine Arts Center in Wheeling WV for their Cross Current Fine Arts Exhibition.    


I got involved with CrossFit as a coping skill for stress reduction and have been involved for 5 years.    My husband and i love to connect with nature through long slow runs,  participating in the local 5k events as well as the 4 miler at The Ohio State University, and hike in various  national parks.  Old is just a state of mind.
