This reference letter is in regard to Ms. Lisa Mitchell. Lisa was hired in 2021 as a receptionist with little to no office experience, and no experience in the insurance claims industry, starting pay was eighteen dollars an hour. Lisa quickly mastered all of the insurance claims platforms, to include, Code Blue/Accuserve, CTSO/Lionsbridge, Alacrity, Fusion and XactAnalysis. Lisa was promoted to the company Administrator prior to her first year with our company and was given a raise to twenty-two dollars an hour. Lisa developed a love for the industry, quickly learning how to use Mica, Matterport and iCat. She knows content pack out procedures from pack out to pack back and can manage water mitigation claims, additionally earning her IICRC Water Certification. This was not enough to quench Lisa's thirst for knowledge of this industry, and she began to learn estimating on Xactimate, first content and mitigation and now construction. Lisa was given a raise to sixty thousand per year and a company phone. Our company recently has transitioned from a franchise back to Professional Restoration and during the transition Lisa has decided she would be interested in exploring other opportunities within our industry. Although we are disappointed that she may leave, we certainly understand and wish her nothing but the best, Lisa will always have a place with Professional Restoration should she decide to stay or return.
