Accomplishments

  • Product Development, produced a corporate wide sales increase by 25% across 40 stores. Instrumental in designing and developing the Xtramart, Deli Joe Franchise from the ground floor up including marketing, product development, testing, customer/community researching, customizing food services, staff training, licensing and compliance in NYS Health Department standards in 40 stores as Food Service Director.
