Stocked chiller with liquers and glassware. Made sure that napkins, straws, coasters were in reach. Cut fruit for garnishes. Made sure all surfaces were wiped down and all bar stools were properly arranged.


Took payment. At that time a cash register.

Checked customers IDs. And refused to sell more alcohol when someone had had enough. Offered water and offered to call a taxi if needed.

Senior Flight Attendant for Panagra airlines. This was a charter airline. One of the chief officers who had worked for Pan-Am airlines in the 70’s started an airline in Ft. Lauderdale with some of the previous employees to pay homage to the old Pan-Am. They also were trying to reserect it. It didn’t work. Unfortuanetly.


As senior flight attendant I greeted people on the tarmac, either the front or aft of the aircraft since it was housed at the executive airport in Ft. Lauderdale and didn’t have a jetway


I helped passengers find their seats, handled their luggage.


Counted the number of “souls” on board to remit to the captain.


Made sure that the crew in the cockpit were fed. Did safety duties. Made meals, alcoholic and Non- alcoholic beverages for the passengers. Back crew would always team up for these duties. To provide the utmost pleasant charter exprience,

It was fun,

Walked the aisles, making sure all the passangers where comforatable. And had their seat belts on, of course.


After the end of the trip we would help the passangers out. Pulled down luggage and direct them where to exit. Be it the front or the aft of the aircraft.


As a senior flight attendant one of my duties was turning the paperwork that I had gathered through the trip and turn it into the office.
