Committed to personal growth and transformation, I entered treatment at a young age and have since dedicated myself to rebuilding my life. Overcame legal obstacles through drug court and obtained certification as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS). Currently pursuing a career in this field to share my experiences and support others on their journey to recovery. Despite facing additional setbacks such as losing my home to a fire and battling breast cancer, remained determined and persevered through chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Addiction Counseling at OSU-OkC, nearing graduation.
I love to do puzzles and to journal. Puzzles are enjoying, relaxing, and less stress. I put them together, glue them, and frame them. I have actually sold a couple of them. I also journal almost every night. I love to journal my thoughts and feelings. I also use it to help make some decisions using pros and cons. Journaling helps me tremendously.
