Equipment for several years, call center moved to Washington State, I then applied for and was given a position at another Pitney Bowes facility, managing a Quality Control team of 20, my team was ISO 9001 compliant... with year after year successfully passing ISO certification which proved the success of my team.
This team QC'd a disaster recovery program, which consisted of printing invoices files, inserting, addressing, and mailing, in the event a disaster and critical invoices must be punctual and time sensitive.
