• Analyzed admission trends to provide data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Optimized application processing workflows and Salesforce CRM usage, leading to increased efficiency and more effective applicant tracking and recruitment.

In 2021, CCRI received federal funding to assist adults who were affected by the COVID pandemic to return to college to finish a degree they had started in the past.

BridgePathways was a start-up division of Bridge Education Group, Inc. that provided international student recruitment, admissions services and on-campus English language centers to higher education partners at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

• Consultative sales to C-suite executives in higher education looking to increase international presence on campus.
• Managed relationships with all federal and state government agencies such as DHS, SEVP, Department of State, and StudyColorado.
• Established international student pathway program partnerships with 6 U.S. universities, both public and private, within 3 years.
• Opened 6 on-campus language centers managing accreditation process for each.

Bridge Education Group, at this time, offered teach, study, and volunteer abroad programs.

BridgeArgentina was a Spanish language school located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Managed all aspects of language school operations, including HR, finance, marketing, academics, operations, recruitment, admissions and customer satisfaction.

BridgeChile is an English language school in Santiago de Chile that focuses on corporate language training. Planned and taught intensive methodologies course and teaching practicum in English Language Teaching.
