This role has also lead me into A Public Lifestyle And Empowerment Speaker, A Published Author who currently writes a bi-weekly Wellness column for a local newspaper in the central valley and social media blogging to deal with various wellness topics. One of my great passions is to figure out how to work with parents and schools to find a solution to resolve childhood obesity and put an end to this devastating epidemic.
