Resident-oriented, self-starter able to provide valuable service to clients and guests. - Conducive in maintaining an orderly and clean work space at all times - Greet residents as they enter and exit the building - Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the building, including venue locations, directions, products and services - Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions for the building - Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries - Deal with high profile residents, while maintaining discretion - Respect the privacy, information, perspectives, priorities, time, and resources of each resident - Responsible for receiving and recording packages in Building Link over 500 packages a day - Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages - Perform inventory multiple times throughout day - Record events through calendar - Enter, receive and track permissions-to-enter instructions for permanent, temporary, housekeeper, dog walker, nanny, etc - Maintain key log, guest authorization, monitored lock out keys / returned keys using Keytrak software - Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and "pass-on" logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes - Resolve and/or assist property manager with resident concerns - Enter work orders and document any changes or charges pertaining to each request, keeping resident in the loop with automatic notifications - Interact with subcontractors for service calls - Interface with leasing and sales departments for potential resident occupancy - Organize walkthroughs to model apartments for sales & leasing office - Supervise lobby activities and staffing relief along with training new hires - Familiar with up-to-date technology i.e concealed radio transmitter/receiver - Monitor security systems and cameras, conduct inspections of the property for vandalism, damage, and safety, and report any misconduct, incidents, and damages to property management for attention and repair - Utilize Building Link for task-tracking and efficient operations on PC and via mobile phone app - Responsible for unloading vehicles to assist residents with their belongings (luggage, groceries, strollers, etc.)
