I am completing my 38 years of experience as a rehabilitation RN. I obtained my BSN as well as my CRRN through out my career. My role changed from a staff nurse to a nurse manager. In 2005 , I accepted my position as a PPS Coordinator. I have learned many things related to this role. My knowledge has improved greatly when I was hired as the outcomes manager for Mercy Rehab Hospital. I continue to learn and grow in my position and look forward to increasing my knowledge.
