
Aegean-born with a data-driven and human-centered mindset — I’m Lisa, from Izmir, Turkey, where coastal calm and openness shaped my curiosity, empathy, and interest in understanding people. Growing up where conversations felt like stories and community came naturally, I became curious about how people think, choose, and connect. That curiosity—human and analytical—led me to Boston University to study advertising and communication, where I learned to bridge storytelling with strategy, and creativity with performance-driven thinking. Most recently, I served as an Associate Account Manager at Teads Inc., partnering with global brands to execute cross-channel digital initiatives, optimize performance, and turn insights into measurable impact. I believe meaningful work lives at the intersection of clarity, intention, and execution. I’m driven by thoughtful collaboration, quality, and creating solutions that build trust, solve real problems, and leave things better than I found them.
