I am actively seeking a position as a Mortgage Closer in an environment that allows for career growth and continued advancement. Well-versed in CONV, FNMA, FHA, Trust, RD, VA and New Construction. Regulation Z guidelines. My duties included me using MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Core, and LIS. I am highly efficient as a mortgage-closing specialist offering 25+ years of experience closing and funding mortgage loans.
Responsible for the mortgage closing process prior to and after final decision.
• Manages complex new construction pipeline, worked closely with builder/business partner.
• Obtains and clears closing stipulations.
• Conducts welcome call to Settlement Agent.
• Monitors files through underwriting and follows up with 3rd parties and/or customers to obtain closing related documents (title, HOI, invoices 10 day VOE) needed to complete loan file.
• Schedules and meets closing date.
• Review and Balance Closing Disclosure, work closely with the title company/attorney to make sure fees are in compliance with the product type requirements and within TRID Guidelines
• Order and authorize wire for disbursement.
• Regularly and consistently communicates with customer, settlement agent and sales partner.
• Train new employees as requested by management.
• Close approximately between 65 and 85 loans a month.

Close approximately between 45 and 60 loans a month.
