I manage the commerical roll off dumpster division and actively network to expand the commerical construction department. My responsibilities include scheduling traffic of two commerical roll off trucks from the Murchison, Texas hub. I dispatch deliveries and disposal routing to and from several area landfills. I also manage social media and network as the representative of JRSS while I serve as the president of the Chandler, Texas Chamber Board. I also am a member of the Tyler Area Executive Women's Network.

My position was implemented to cultivate business growth in Tyler for Piney Woods as they charted new territory in Tyler. When I was hired they had 500 residents using their trash disposal services and no city contracts. With my assistance we grew the residential count to 3000 residents and we garnered 2 local city contracts with several others in negotiations. I came on board with no office, no customer list and just my own personal cell phone. I immediately went to work setting up meeting and cold calling businesses along with city officials to introduce Piney Woods Sanitation to Tyler and the rural east texas market. My largest competitor provided the most new business in the commercial dumpster division and I was able to convert and build on the market since it was open in Tyler. Most of my target businesses were prime for the picking due to no local contact from their sales reps and escalating rates. I also was responsible for social media marketing and I expanded our google, linkedIn and facebook image by launching new branded advertising with engaging content. One of the fastest ways we grew was with FB marketplace by showcasing weekend warrior dumpster specials with a three- day rental deal. The marketing was cost free and it enabled Piney Woods to use available inventory and to cash in with a new FB market clientele.

Encore recruited me due to my 15 years of experience of ad agency ownership/experience in Tyler/Longview. I was in charge of of business growth with an emphasis on economic development for cities, chambers and industrial clients - with a focus on web development & digital platform marketing. I grew our client base while at the same meriting community awareness about Encore as the leader in strategic digital marketing and positioning the company to win several accolades with the Longview Chamber and Better Business Bureau. I served as a board member for the Longview Chamber and served as the event chairman for all community events. I also served as a BNI board member as well as the chair of the leadership team. Encore grew and prospered with my sales and marketing expertise and they were able to enlarge their digital/web division and with increased sales were able to expand and purchase ED SUITE a EDC web development dedicated to the City Economic Development segment. I worked solely with the upstart of this new company and help to grow and establish connections with cities and chamber and increased sales 30%.

I was already an active board member of this non-profit when I was approached to take the position of marketing director in July 2016. I was responsible for development and fund raising for an annual capital campaign which raised over $100,000. Serving as a community liaison I was able to bridge the gap between donors and churches in order to build awareness and create a safe haven for runaways and young girls facing an unwanted pregnancy. I was able to garner a partnership with TISD/Cristus Medical Center along with SouthSprings Church, and educate and monitor the health and well being during the girl's pregnancy term up to birth. During my time with The Magdalene Home we were able to house 7 young mothers and facilitate 6 adoptions. Between grant writing, networking with corporate donors and hosting community events like a -garage sale and kids event at Bergfeld Park, I also hosted and planned a fund raising dinner that netted $50,000 in one evening to help to fund our mission for another year. This was a very rewarding and exhausting position and I am very proud of my accomplishments.

I was a partner owner in a full scale advertising agency representing 30 businesses from car dealership, banks and non-profit organizations. I was involved in script writing & media placement across all platforms including broadcast television & radio, outdoor print and facilitated social media and digital advertising campaigns as well. I worked on ad campaigns with the graphic/video creative team along with being responsible for business growth and new business accounts as the sole outside sales professional. I sold my share of this business to Linda Warren and it remains in Tyler as of June 2022 with several my original client acquisitions.

My husband and I owned and operated 15 Hollywood Portraits in Texas, Arkansas, Nebraska and Missouri. We were early innovators in a photo studio experience combining makeup/hair and photography all under one roof. We were very successful and were featured in the American Express Magazine as the fastest growing small business in America that year with sales per sq. foot outranking most in- line Mall stores. We were able to negotiate short term leases and move and expand to 8 cities in Texas, and Missouri & Nebraska to capitalize on the excitement of getting to see your proofs instantly with advent of digital imagery. Glamor Shots a national competitor they bought our store and we retired to Tyler.
