Event manager duties for Mobile Military Dental Events included contacting team members to confirm attendance and give detailed information for the event. Replacing any tea member that is unable to attend, verifying information with the military POC and arranging set up for the event. Coordinating the drop off of equipment and making all necessary reports. On set up day all equipment is moved to the facility and inventoried, stations are set up, (check in/out, data entry, x-ray, exam, sterilization, and treatment) and then tested. Any damaged equipment is tagged and replacements are located. All paperwork is organized and distributed to proper location. Documentations are scanned and uploaded into a shared file for corporate to access. Reports are generated and given to the Military POC, There are anywhere from 5-20 team member that I am in charge of training, organizing and monitoring, staffing evaluations are submitted and their time is entered at the conclusion of the event. Any staffing problems, logistic problems, IT problems area all handled in the field. In the office I am in charge of planning and implementing the Give Kids A Smile program and any other out reach opportunities throughout the year. Maintain all handpiece repairs and records.
