  • Spearheaded the strategy, development and implementation of the contingent staffing model - the first University staffing office - to manage contingent workforce of over 400 temporary staff exceeded 18,000 temp requests per year with over a 90% fill rate, and over 100 promotions success stories in three years.
  • Designed, developed and implemented strategic Safety Management Plan resulting in 50% reduction of work-related injuries.

  • On-site HR Director role for Morris Inn uniting existing team and new team to establish a new culture, managing and overseeing all HR functions for the hotel. Received AAA four diamond award within four weeks of opening.

  • Developed strong partnerships with operations departments on campus, learning the business and interviewing, and identifying top candidates for hiring managers. Recruited and hired over 1,200 position within three years.
  • Developed, maintained and managed the University's first temporary pool of 75 administrative assistants to deploy for short term admin needs on campus.
  • Identified the need for testing software to assess skills. Implemented testing software which resulted in administering over 260 skills assessments within 1 year.
