Responsible for all aspects of print procurement for all customer facing materials, mainly focusing on store signage. Collaborating with Brand Designers and Visual Merchandising team, using my print expertise to bring their creative visions to life. Manage all vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and discounts for a large volume of work, and oversee the manufacturing of all signage to ensure all orders meet brand standards for print quality and kitting, making sure all orders are delivered on time and at/under budget. Processing, approving, and coding all invoices. Responsible for building annual budget for store signage, and managing/tracking that budget through monthly reporting to finance, handling accruals each month, and tracking year to date spending vs forecasts, helping to meet budget goals.
