  • Stenographic verbatim reporting of all proceedings in the Criminal, Civil, and Commercial Complex Litigation Divisions, which include jury trials, Bench trials, motions, pleas, sentencings, and office conferences.
  • Provide real time via Eclipse Bridge or Stenograph LiveNote to all judges for jury trials, hearings, and motions. Real Time to the Bench is a requirement of employment.
  • Prepare and certify official transcripts within requested time limitations, with strict attention paid to proper spelling, punctuation, and case citations; to be provided to ordering parties within time and cost constraints set by the Superior Court of Delaware.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including regular retrieval of voicemail and email, maintaining daily logs of assignments, backing up all notes to the the office computer backup system. Communication with the public, members of the Bar, and the media regarding requests for, and payment of, transcripts.
