
Lisa Franconeri serves as Senior Vice President and CRA Officer at Haven Savings Bank with
over 35 years of experience in the banking industry. Skilled in Lending, Portfolio Management,
CRA, Budgeting, and Strategic Planning. She is re sponsible for overseeing the Residential
Lending Department, all aspects of the Community Reinvestment Act Program and corporate
development.
Franconeri joined Haven Savings Bank in 1986 and is currently responsible for identifying and
developing long term strategies across the bank, and setting policies and procedures for
regulations affecting lending. She is responsible for implementing and administering all aspects
of the Community Reinvestment Act Program. In 2020, Franconeri was appointed chairperson
for Haven’s Marketing Committee and leads the team in developing and executing a marketing
plan to address business initiatives and achieve marketing goals. Other responsibilities include
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity, Regulatory Reporting and supervising and mentoring
the professional development of all lending staff. Ms. Franconeri is also a member of the New
Jersey Banker’s Residential Lending Committee, Asset Classification Committee, CRA
Committee and Compliance Committee.
As CRA Officer, Franconeri’s experience and knowledge of the regulations regarding the
Community Reinvestment Act assists the bank in understanding how the rules apply to them,
and how to best serve their customers and communities, while fulfilling their federally mandated
CRA obligations. In 2019 she was credited with creating three different CRA Programs to help
make home ownership a reality for first time homebuyers and low-to-moderate income
borrowers. Currently, the programs have successfully originated loans totaling an estimated $24
million in the bank’s CRA communities. Most recently, Franconeri participated in the Jersey City
Neighborhood Homeownership Program. Her goal was to bring additional support and
information to make home ownership a reality for Jersey City residents.
Ms. Franconeri earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics
from Saint Peter’s University. Throughout her career, she has empowered women by giving
them a voice in the workplace and advocating for them through all levels of business. She is an
excellent leader with the competency to work through others, to accomplish set goals. A lifelong
resident of Hudson County, she enjoys spending time with her family at the Jersey shore, walks
in the park with her dog Cooper and traveling.
