• Founder of the I.S.061 Advanced Chorus
• Developed the Celia Cruz Bronx High School of Music Choral program from inception
• Prepared choirs for the New York State School Music Association Major Adjudication festival annually, earing consistent scores of GOLD and GOLD with Distinction at levels 3 through 6
• Prepared all students in the vocal program at the Celia Cruz Bronx High School of Music for the New York State School Music Association solo adjudication festival, resulting in several students performing in the All-State Winter Conference annually.
• Earned SUPERIOR ratings at the National Music Showcase Festivals
• Prepared and Directed the Celia Cruz Bronx High School of Music Stage Choir for Disney's Magic Music Days (Performing Arts) in Walt Disney World, Orlando, FL
• Recipient of the NY Daily News, Hard Rock Cafe, and Wild Life Society's "New York City's Best High School Chorus"
• Involved students in recording projects and performances to back up Broadway singers and Grammy Award winners
• Prepared students to perform on Good Morning America for "The Sound Of Music" 50th Anniversary (with Julie Andrews)
