I am a 19-year-old sophomore at Georgia State University with a strong foundation in customer service, team collaboration, and event coordination.

- Previous roles, including working as a call representative for Mario Car Glass and babysitting, have significantly strengthened my people skills and problem-solving abilities. As a call representative, I was responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving service-related concerns. This position taught me how to remain professional and calm under pressure, listen actively, and find efficient solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

- In my babysitting experience, I was trusted with the safety and well-being of children, requiring patience, responsibility, and strong communication with both kids and parents.

- I developed skills in multitasking, time management, and conflict resolution—all while maintaining a nurturing and engaging environment. These experiences taught me how to adapt quickly, stay organized, and build trust with a diverse range of people.

- Throughout high school at Duluth High, I was actively involved in clubs such as HOPE and HOSA, where I contributed to various school events and volunteered my time to support both peers and staff. These experiences enhanced my interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and ability to work effectively in team settings. By participating in student aid and volunteering efforts, I learned the importance of building meaningful relationships and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
