Also worked directly with the Public Adjuster to ensure that all claims were running smoothly and as accurately as possible.
  • Global Settlement – worked directly with Universal Property Insurance Company on all our invoices billed to them for both companies Krystal Care Restoration and Quick Mold Labs. Reached settlement of over $120K for the company.
  • Managed all claims documents submitted to the carrier – in this role to immediately communicate success with the insurance company and advise our demand and all necessary documentation needed to receive payment.
  • Independent work – worked well to ensure documents were reviewed thoroughly and revised any estimates or documents that needed to be updated to the current negotiation amount.
