· Conduct Initial Diagnostic Evaluations for patients and identify the level of services and billing codes

· Collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans, coordinated family meetings, and provided community resources for a safe discharge

· Documented case notes daily and coordinated follow-ups

· Provided crisis intervention for emergencies

· A mandated reporter for suspected abuse, collaborating with CWS

· Worked flexible hours, including nights and weekends and on-call for crisis emergencies
