  • Provide a quality learning environment for scholars and teachers combined, which includes, supply management, daily meal preparation and ordering, facilities management and repair, parent relationships/conversations, etc.
  • Between April and August, the primary objective was to ensure the successful launch of a new school location in Renton, WA, to include construction discussion, supply management, scholar enrollment, etc.

  • This included managing the direct staff of the Peloton Field Operations locations, totaling 120+ employees, as well as maintaining third party vendor delivery relations with XPO and JB Hunt.
  • Ensured customer satisfaction through a world class delivery team
  • The management of this included productive hiring, ongoing training programs, and team & individual accountability.
  • Controlled all van inventory and supply ordering for the warehouse operations. This included spend management and vendor relations with Enterprise rental.
  • Built and developed specialized training programs for future leaders of the company
  • Launched the Portland location, operating in a 13k sq ft warehouse operation with 5 delivery vans, increasing the volume in the same warehouse space to operating 13 delivery vans, while maintaining one of the highest performing locations in customer satisfaction at an average of 4.94 out of 5 scoring.
  • Requested to take over the Seattle warehouse location as a struggling operation. Increased volume from 8 operating in house delivery vans and 3 third party delivery vans to 19 operating in house delivery vans and 6 third party delivery vans, while increasing employee and customer satisfaction to of the highest in the company
  • Employee satisfaction increased from 72% upon arrival to this location to 89% within the first 6 months
  • Customer satisfaction ratings increased from a 4.6 average upon arrival to a 4.92 average within the first 6 months.
