- Requested to take over the Seattle warehouse location as a struggling operation. Increased volume from 8 operating in house delivery vans and 3 third party delivery vans to 19 operating in house delivery vans and 6 third party delivery vans, while increasing employee and customer satisfaction to of the highest in the company
- Employee satisfaction increased from 72% upon arrival to this location to 89% within the first 6 months
- Customer satisfaction ratings increased from a 4.6 average upon arrival to a 4.92 average within the first 6 months.
