Maintain excel spreadsheet for myself and the Project Managers to check status of paperwork for each job before the project starts
Work closely and meet weekly with the General Foreman for each project to ensure they have all paperwork, rentals, materials, and prints before each project starts
Call off all rented equipment when project is complete
Complete a Project Safety Plan for any project lasting over two weeks
