The GCCC served a multi-generational membership of approximately 2000 customers per day.

• Complex included child care area for toddlers; community room and classrooms; offices; reception area; café; four-pool natatorium; fully equipped fitness center / weight-room; multi-purpose sports gymnasium; racquetball courts; plus an NHL sized ice arena.
• Services included childcare; youth summer and after school camps; a full array of fitness classes, personal training, massage therapy and fitness assessments; hockey leagues, skate rentals and services, and figure skating programs; several sports leagues and tournaments; special events; recreational and therapeutic swimming, swim team season with meets; along with year-round youth programs focused on exercise and outdoor recreation.

Served as the GCCC Director for seven years:

• Created welcoming atmosphere for guests by maintaining clean, well-organized facilities that met all health code requirements.
• Implemented comprehensive fitness and wellness programs designed to promote healthy lifestyles.
• Developed comprehensive training programs for recreation staff, resulting in improved employee performance and guest experience.
• Monitored program evaluations continuously, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed to increase participant satisfaction levels.

National Holistic Institute is a vocational college accredited by Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET), approved by the American Massage Therapy Association and licensed by California State Council for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, in the field of Health Education and Massage Therapy.

• Developed, documented, and delivered the Teacher Training and Teacher's Assistant Programs.
• Mentored new faculty members, providing guidance on effective teaching techniques and classroom management strategies.
