Introduction

I have over 20 years in State/Federal Grant Writing, Business and Educational Project Research and Development, Business Consulting/Administration, and Integrated Mental Health. I have led the implementation of several projects: Student Support Services, Upward Bound Project, QIP, QIA, HRSA congressional grant, T2T Modular Grant 1.5 million, T2T Community Sub-Grant 75k, California PRIME Plan (match grant project 22million 5 year project), TCPI-Medicare and HRSAProject 600k (Federal grant project). While being a PhD Scholar in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I continue exploring the passion I have in Educational and Healthcare field.
