Current Duties

  • Group Healthcare Administrator, and Director of Operations for 130-member Human Performance Support Group (HPSG) develops/executes cutting-edge HP solutions, medical monitoring of high risk events, and preventive medicine programs for Special Warfare Training Wing (SWTW). The HPSG provides an interdisciplinary approach to optimize operational medicine and human performance support for the $60M SW training pipeline covering 86 facilities, and 16 Army, Air Force, and Navy training sites across 10 states.
  • Provides direct Support to the Operational Medicine Squadron provides highrisk event coverage, medical assessment and management, and acute triage for 1,700 Special Warfare (SW) trainees, operators and support staff. Leads SW operational medicine through innovation, advanced medical capabilities and combat readiness initiatives. Provides direct medical oversight of the $60M SW training pipeline covering 86 facilities, and 16 Army, Air Force, and Navy training sites across 10 states.
  • Supports the Human Performance Squadron delivers full spectrum human factors expertise, training and technology for the purpose of elevating readiness and lethality of 1,700 Special Warfare (SW) trainees, operators and support staff. This is executed by taking an interdisciplinary approach towards optimizing physical and mental performance, durability and sustainability oversight of the $60M SW training pipeline covering 86 facilities, and 16 Army, Air Force, and Navy training sites across 10 states.
  • Director of Operations - with oversight of $16M Budget, $32M medical equipment inventory, and $12M of Medical Supply Stock. Additionally, overseas Civilian pay, Facilities Management, Medical Logistics Operations, Patient Safety, HiPAA, Inspection Program & Compliance, Deployment Operations, Education & Training Department, Network & Medical Systems, Contract Management, among other operations.

Additionally, supported the medical center's multiple primary care and specialty care outpatient services, directs 14 residency/training programs and serves as a multidisciplinary medical readiness training platform for Air Force medics.
