• Quickly become a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to personalize our donor communications—by adapting data extensions and branded layouts to set the tone and feel to strengthen relationships with our donors to keep the ongoing school efforts raising close to 1 Million in scholarships over the last four years.
• Lead the integration of the school's digital signage to IU's campus digital-based system to promote school events to more than 3000 students and visitors.
• Propose and lead a successful initiative with the digital media production supervisor to acquire a 32TB Digital Asset Management storage system (DAM) valued at $25K— Helping us organize, archive/digitize, and develop an asset library for marketing purposes to amplify brand awareness and engagement with target audiences.
• Identify keywords and process to integrate metadata fields embedded in old and current media files to optimize and ease the searchability files housed in the DAM system.
• Ideate and collaborate with a web developer based in India and the marketing director in the design and content update of school main landing pages, directory, and research pages.
• Provide and create digital assets for various areas of study to accelerate a four-year project and help launch 25 departmental websites in 3 months.
• Deliver training and develop WordPress training materials to educate about 75 faculty members in the management of their new departmental websites.
• Develop a social media strategy to support marketing strategy to increase engagement and the followers count by 5% on social media channels.
• Drive the acquisition and implementation of Sprout Social as the social media management system to obtain robust data to understand our audience behavior and increase followers and engagement rates. Exiding our initial goal of 5% by
generating a constant growth of 11% in followers and 41% in engagement rate in the school's social media channels over the last three years.
• Automize social media scheduling through Sprout Social to publish content at the target audience's optimal times—Which has allowed us to do 200 more posting per year, including promotion for events, scholarships, faculty achievements, general school information, reposting content from the program, and department social media accounts.
• Head the creation and implementation of the first IU School of Liberal Arts digital ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for different focus areas, such as the Sports Journalism program. Maximize low-budget campaigns to reach 34,707 people via Facebook and Instagram. It brought 16,344 unique website visitors to the Sports Journalism website and yielded 7 prospective students to the program.
• Develop the new student ambassador program structure, lead and develop the talent of 8 student ambassadors to be the voice and face of the school's signature events with donors and recruiting events.
• Specify and develop the job descriptions and do the hiring of two direct reports—digital jag and a student ambassador coordinator positions.
• Strategically develop tasks of two direct reports to meet goals set for the semester while utilizing their expertise and including them in the decision-making process to move them forward in their professional development
Created the new brand and helped set the tone of communications. Led and managed a $100K budget for key exterior and entrance re-branding efforts for headquarters, a foster care facility, and two clinics. While developing social media channels and launching the first digital ad campaign for A&C primary care services.
