• Organized several campus-wide events such as Krispy Kreme fundraisers for Lurie Children's Hospital, blood drives for the American Red Cross, Pie a Phi, and monthly volunteering events for our organization

Ophthalmology Interest Group, Treasurer (6/23 - 6/24)

• Managed all the finances of the organization by purchasing necessary equipment for events, conducted reimbursements, and created the annual budget
• Met with other executive officers on a monthly basis to plan events such as an M4 match panel, cow eye dissection lab, and several speaker events
• Served as the Attendant for Student council meetings on behalf of the organization

Emergency Medicine Interest Group

• Attended various speaker events, panels, and information sessions about various emergency medicine topics
• Participated in such as an Interprofessional airway workshop, Stop the Bleed event, Mass Casualty Incident simulation, and Chicago Marathon volunteering

Lab Research Assistant

• Helped run experiments on mice to examine how brain circuits operate to select an action, fulfill the action, and learn from the outcome
• Participated in monthly journal clubs with other members of the research team
• Learned about the process of conducting research and the various measures needed to be taken to minimize errors and optimize data

Illini Emergency Medical Services, EMT-B, 10/18 - 12/20

• Assessed patient conditions through physical and verbal exams and by collecting information from others at the scene
• Interpreted and adapted to changes in patient condition to identify potential underlying critical issues
• Monitored large sporting events and collaborated with other EMS personnel should emergency health situations arise

Alpha Epsilon Delta/Pre-Health Professional Society, Active Member, 01/18 - 12/20

• Networked with health professionals at speaker events to understand the logistics and demands of many professions
• Volunteered at events in Champaign County such as the Salvation Army's Canteen Run and Champaign Nursing Home
