I currently have completed all coursework for my PhD and hold an MBA. I value education greatly because I saw my mother get her bachelor's degree at the age of 65 while fighting cancer. I'm a proud military Veteran with extensive experience in operations, transportation, fuel transport, finance, administration, telematics, logistics and organizational psychology within diverse industries to include transportation, fuel production, fuel transport, finance, municipal government, economic development, logistics, government contracting and procurement. Proven ability to massively improve operations, impact business growth, and maximize profits through achievements in cost reductions, internal controls, and productivity/efficiency improvements. Extensive experience managing and leading large workforces and working in demographically diverse areas and bi-national settings. Strong qualifications in executive management, business planning, systems technology implementation, corporate story-telling and staff development.

As a first-generation child of immigrants, I experienced challenges and because of those challenges, I developed the drive, passion and deep desire to serve any organization I am employed or associated with as well as my community and those around me.

  • Worked directly with Government Contracting Officers demonstrating knowledge and expertise in the concepts, practices, and procedures of government contracting including DCAA (Defense Contracting Audit Agency, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFAR (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations)


  • Grew revenues 240% from 2002 to 2006 by executing a series of business development initiatives that opened new markets and built new distribution channels.


  • Managed and oversaw all aspects of government contracts (located on military installations across the United States) to include tractor trailers, refrigerated trucks and trailers, ammunition, water, ice, fuel, buses, modular building, construction equipment and personnel.
