Was on third shift for 7 years where I have been the head of the mold department and also assistant shift leader for the last 5 years. Some of my day to day responsibilities include directing pours some have lots of moving parts and people makeing sure everyone is wearing their proper PPE and performing their duty’s correctly and safely. I set up and prepare all the mold's making sure all are set up correctly to get a good pour to achieve a good casting. I am very proficient with over head cranes running ladles filled with metal every day.I have poured thousands of quality casting over the years.
