Adept Ltm 1400 Operator/Rigger with a history at Sterling Crane, I excel in teamwork and safety compliance. Trained on the Ltm 1650, I quickly advanced to a key role, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving and equipment operation skills. My journey from a rigger to a second seat operator underscores a commitment to growth and excellence in heavy lift operations. I think my experiences, young age, and abilities would greatly benefit both of us.
Assemble/Disassemble, Work, and maintain the Ltm 1400, I got on there 500 ton, after running with the 1650 because the operator asked to come run with him, he trained my on the crane specifics, I just rigged on it until I got my CCO, now I'm the 2nd seat operator. This crane showed me the customer service side of the business and how being a competent leader can make or break a job.
This was the first crane I was assigned to when I moved to Sterling Crane. The front end man is the rigger that solely stays with that crane. We used every component on it from the Luffing jib to long boom. I learned how to work this crane, set up jobs, assemble and disassemble it and how to maintain it. We did about 7 months worth of wind farm work in West Texas at the High Lonesome Farm. When we came back we mainly did heavy lift work like powerplant construction, refinery new constructions, and oil and gas and things of that nature. There were some luffing jobs and long boom jobs mixed in there
This was my first crane rental job out of high school. I ran with the Ltm 1750 that mainly did luffing jobs, and heavy lift refinery work when I was there
